To Whom It May Concern Re: John Todd
Dear Prospective Employer: Allow me to introduce myself as William T. Stadley, President and CEO of A-1 Storage, Inc. I write you this letter as an opportunity to speak to you personally regarding Mr. John Todd. Over the last few years, my facility has had the need to utilize the services of John and I would like to describe to you the type of services he has performed for us as well as the overall quality of his work.
Our regular computer technician, who we had for many years, passed away suddenly about 3 years ago, leaving us scratching our heads and wondering how to go about finding a knowledgeable and trustworthy technician to replace him. It was shortly thereafter that my manager, Kathy Smith made contact with John Todd, of whom we could not be more impressed.
We have found John to be extremely knowledgeable and confident in his field. He performs quickly, is 100% reliable and has a very pleasant demeanor. In addition to using his skills to maintain our systems, we have contracted John to design our website, which I would be proud to direct you, however, it cannot be published until the current contract with Yellowbook expires. John is very well known and admired among our community. He is active and attends our local board meetings, town hall meetings and keeps us all up-to-date with RioLindaOnline.com, a website he designed and published and runs exclusively by himself.
In closing, I would like to state that it is my belief that any prospective employer who passes up an opportunity to add this young man to their team is doing an injustice to their organization as they would only benefit from having John aboard. Should you have any questions, or need additional information, please feel free to contact me at 916.991.7682. As I am often out of the country, if I am unavailable, you may speak with my manager, Kathy Smith, on my behalf.
Sincerely,
William T. Stadley President/CEO
